Sample reports are a great way to see what your inspector is capable of. Our reports aren't like the typical home inspector report you see. Our reports are interactive. You can jump from section to section, expand pictures, and copy and paste text.
Another key feature you wont see with other inspectors is that our report allows you to make a repair list of the defects found!
When we give you access to your report you will have the option to "Create a repair list."Here you will be presented with every defect in the repair and the ability to select if you will accept the defect as is, replace it, repair it, or ask for monetary compensation for it.This is an incredibly useful tool for negotiations or just for you to have a to-do list after you move in.
